When we meet you at the airport we will be in the arrivals hall of the airport displaying a name board.
Our drivers are smartly dressed and always willing to help with luggage. As most of our trips are long distance, if there is a need, then we are more then happy to stop on route for a short break. There is no smoking allowed in the vehicle.
Your airport taxi will have complementary daily newspaper, bottled welsh mineral water and moist fresh up tissues.
Monmouth Taxis can offer a range of vehicles for your airport transfer. Our standard four seater airport taxi is equipped with WiFi, DVD, TV and aircon. If you need child seats for your airport taxi we can provide these free of charge when booked in advance. First time customers needing taxis to and from the airports are required to pay a deposit of £50.00 before any booking is confirmed, once we get to know you we are happy to take bookings from you without the need of deposit.
Deposits can be paid either by credit or debit cards over the phone or though the google checkout facility or through Paypal.
When you book your airport taxi with Monmouth Taxis always ensure that you allow yourself sufficient time to get to the airport. With many airlines now offering on-line check ins it can be tempting to allow less time for your transfer. This is particularly so with european or domestic flights where check in times are short anyway.
